Starting from 2016/2017 winter season, ASD FairPlay staff of Physical Education graduates takes care of your training and fitness.

Customized one-to-one sessions aimed at achieving your psychophysical goals; postural analysis and physical exercise to prevent and recovery possible neuromuscular compensations and vertebral conditions; return to sports and recovery from injuries.

Small class group workout sessions, both floor exercises and using small equipment such as balance boards, TRX Suspension Training and kettlebells. Our aim is to stimulate the deep muscles and to improve one's postural control, combining neuromuscular (strenght) and metabolic (endurance) training stimulus.

Specific fitness training for alpine skiing and freeride skiing, intended for professional teams, amateur athletes and beginners. Our main goals: injury prevention and improving fitness level.
The structure of the physical conditioning program step by step:
1. Case history and collection of anthropometric data, postural analysis, analysis of collected data;
2. Planning pre-skiing training, monitoring athletes during the sessions;
3. Assessing results, according to initial evaluation test.
The program is aimed at increasing the athlete's awareness of his or her psychophysical abilities, as well as of the importance of a proper conditioning in sports, both at professional and amateur levels.
