Social projects in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia
Sport is a training ground for life for everyone, without exceptions. By including people with special needs in all the activities of our association, we try to put this principle into practice. We have always worked hard to build bridges between the “normal ones” and who is erroneously labelled in a different way (fortunately, this happens more and more rarely). All of us, with our own distinctive features, deserve a special care in order to express one's full potential.

AFA (2012-2016)
Since 2012, ASD FairPlay has been offering fitness courses for adults and older people (Adapted Physical Activity), focusing on prevention, as well as maintaining and developing an appropriate health status and personal wellbeing. The project takes place in San Daniele, in collaboration with “Azienda per il Servizio Sanitario n.4 del Medio Friuli”. Adapted Physical Activity is related in particular to programs of group non-medical physical exercise, expressly indicated for people with disabilities caused by algic syndrome due to hypomobility, as well as chronic syndrome of disease stabilization. Adapted Physical Activity is not a rehabilitation activity (in the medical sense of the word), but an activity of maintenance and prevention, aimed at facilitating the acquisition of lifestyles that can preserve the best possible autonomy and quality of life.
