Starting from 2016/2017 winter season, ASD FairPlay staff of Physical Education graduates takes care of your training and fitness.

Personal Fitness Traninig
Customized one-to-one sessions aimed at achieving your psychophysical goals; postural analysis and physical exercise to prevent and recovery possible neuromuscular compensations and vertebral conditions; return to sports and recovery from injuries.

Cortina Workout Small class group workout sessions, both floor exercises and using small equipment such as balance boards, TRX Suspension Training and kettlebells. Our aim is to stimulate the deep muscles and to improve one's postural control, combining neuromuscular (strenght) and metabolic (endurance) training stimulus.

Ski Conditioning
Specific fitness training for alpine skiing and freeride skiing, intended for professional teams, amateur athletes and beginners. Our main goals: injury prevention and improving fitness level.
